Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Bar Supervisor to assist in leading the team at the Grand Hotel
  • background in Leisure hotels or restaurants is preferred
  • excellent Customer service skills, standards driven, good organisational skills
  • to be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment and to enjoy it
  • to be great at up-selling – anticipating customer needs as well as improving the bottom line
  • ensure and promote good time keeping
  • promote good moral in the department by being committed and promoting the positive things when on a shift
  • to be able to communicate to and motivate the team providing day to day support
