richard Utting Associates LLP is a leading Construction Consultancy practice delivering projects across East Anglia and the United Kingdom
however, you will be required to support the delivery of secured projects in excess of these figures
they will help develop collaborative relationships with our clients and other professional colleagues within the industry
you will have the ability to successfully deliver projects under supervision, leading to further repeat clients commissions and opportunities
the Project Surveyor will be working alongside an Associate or Partner to successfully lead, manage and deliver various capital projects across East Anglia and nationally under supervision
the role would cover the whole project life from initial inception and business case development estimates, through the design, procurement and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase
A Project Surveyor should possess the skills and experience to actively lead and manage more junior staff on projects typically ranging in size from £500k to £40m
Education
bachelor's
Requirements
professional Qualified – ideally Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
chartered Status with the RICS or other equivalent institution; MRICS or immanently close to achieving
good Understanding of contracts
