Responsibility

  • richard Utting Associates LLP is a leading Construction Consultancy practice delivering projects across East Anglia and the United Kingdom
  • however, you will be required to support the delivery of secured projects in excess of these figures
  • they will help develop collaborative relationships with our clients and other professional colleagues within the industry
  • you will have the ability to successfully deliver projects under supervision, leading to further repeat clients commissions and opportunities
  • the Project Surveyor will be working alongside an Associate or Partner to successfully lead, manage and deliver various capital projects across East Anglia and nationally under supervision
  • the role would cover the whole project life from initial inception and business case development estimates, through the design, procurement and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase
  • A Project Surveyor should possess the skills and experience to actively lead and manage more junior staff on projects typically ranging in size from £500k to £40m

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • professional Qualified – ideally Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
  • chartered Status with the RICS or other equivalent institution; MRICS or immanently close to achieving
  • good Understanding of contracts
