Responsibility

  • create and manage a portfolio of potential clients
  • calling historic customers to assess their current needs and whether we're able to offer them our services
  • collecting and uploading proof of delivery notes to our system
  • acquiring new business, developing a strong and beneficial relationship for both sides
  • ensuring customers' invoices are correct prior to being raised and processing these
  • general Filing and Database updating
  • complete customs declarations and any regulatory paperwork as required
  • collating payroll & expenses & passing to our accountants
