Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • paying all invoices and disbursements and posting these payments to monitor cash flow
  • submitting VAT returns quarterly as well as monthly and weekly financial reporting
  • using internalised payroll systems and dealing with external auditors
  • undertaking daily banking functions, logging the receipt of funds and making payments from both company and client accounts and reconciling these accounts daily

Requirements

  • law Firm accounts experience and/or knowledge of financial guidelines with regards to Solicitors Accounts Rules and cash flow control. Familiarity with Sage and Solpak systems would be useful
  • job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  • part-time hours: 22.5 per week
