  • store raw materials efficiently ie in the correct temperature zone, rotating stock according to FIFO and ensuring segregation of allergens
  • transfer finished goods to dispatch area in a consistent, safe and timely manner following stock rotation procedures

  • to perform weekly racking inspection following the agreed inspection schedule / calendar
