- this is a long established garden maintenance business of 30 years, working in private residential property gardens in Reigate
- previous experience is preferred but not essential. Enthusiasm for gardening is essential
- initial pay is £12.50 per hour with first wage review after two months
- the primary role is to assist the head gardener. I am looking to recruit someone with a basic to good level of physical fitness; who is happy working outside; lives near Reigate and can use a lawn mower and hedge trimmer
- the job includes all aspects of garden maintenance. All PPE is supplied as are waterproofs. Usual gardening hand tools are used for pruning; edging lawns, weeding and planting
- the work is part time with a degree of flexibility. Based around five to six hours a day, three times a week. Could suit the semi-retired; parents with school age children or flexi hours workers
