Responsibility

  • prepare and serve high-quality coffee according to customer requests
  • taking orders, waiting tables and maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and supplies
  • provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome
  • supporting the GM in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
  • serving cocktails, wine and beer alongside our delicious deep dish pizza’s
  • opportunity to get involved in marketing activities such as social media
  • contribute new ideas and opportunities as part of our weekly Ria’s Labs sessions

Requirements

  • A good attitude, an appetite to learn and a friendly personality
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • excited about working in a start-up environment and having opportunities to make an impact from the beginning
  • coffee experience is a bonus but not essential; we are able to provide training to the level of coffee making we require. The perfect cup of coffee can be taught
