Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- carry our service visits to our customers sites across the reasons identified above
- undertake the full strip down and service of telescopic bollards
- accurately diagnosing and resolving issues with bollards which have been hit, damaged or neglected
- maintain a clean and tidy van of tools and parts in order to carry out servicing
- manage appropriate car boot stock effectively, to help reduce Mean Time to Repair and First Time Fix Rate
- to meet the growing demands of our clients, we are currently seeking a new Service Engineer to join our team
- recommend replacement parts, where necessary, to clients

Requirements
- proven experience in hand-on, practical work
- valid Driving License with no points
- able to travel and, on occasion, stay away, to ensure works are carried out in the most efficient way
- effective communication at all levels, high level customer engagement to help manage customer expectations and promote service offerings
- focused on and help to achieve continual improvements in key service performance indicators – MTTR, FTFR, Utilisation, Contract Coverage Rate, Service Revenue and Profitability
