- the Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of all piling operatives and the delivery of piling projects
- the Operations Manager works closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that the requirements of projects are delivered in all areas

- the Operations Manager will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that the requirements of projects are delivered in all areas
- responsible for the take-off and delivery of all piling projects and communication with customers about the progress of piling projects
- ensures that all materials used in a project are accounted for in relation to use on-site, return of excess material and stock of material stored within the warehouse
Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro software
- previous & demonstratable experience of managing a team in areas such as performance reviews, disciplinaries, training etc
- proficient in Windows-based computers operating systems
- proficient in general office equipment
- construction industry experience
- management: 3 years
- construction: 5 years
