  • key responsibilities
  • ensure sub-contracts are financially controlled, to budget
  • manage the project budget plan
  • prepare monthly cost value reconciliation for project manager
  • RGL Construction are an established high-end residential developer that has been successfully delivering quality homes in North West for over 15 years
  • prepare and send out sub-contractor tender packages
  • the QS needs to stand on their own feet, handle responsibility, move quickly with change, be commercially and contractually aware and deliver profitable outcomes
