Responsibility

  • prospect, initiate and build business relationships within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals
  • participate in pricing the solution/service
  • maintaining and developing a wide network of contacts within the Facilities Management marketplace to ensure the company is invited to as many bidding opportunities as possible and develop sales opportunities

Requirements

  • ‘Security services’ selling experience is desirable
  • proven business development management or other relevant experience
  • proven experience in small to medium tender processes
  • located within 50 miles of Southampton
  • ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • SIA badge
  • experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • clean full UK driving license
