Responsibility
- support the operational delivery of the ‘Food Safety’ and ‘Health and Safety’ frameworks
- attend event briefings, sharing relevant departmental information and raising appropriate concerns and questions
- provide consistent compliance support, working with Department Heads to identify and report any safety risks or concerns
- complete compliance audits and spot checks and deliver findings to senior management
- coordinating repair requests and maintenance calls across the operation
- job Role: Compliance Manager
- ensure all company contractors are inducted prior to works commencing
- location: East Manchester
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- ability to assess and prioritise risk and manage the necessary process associated
- confidence and patience to identify and change learned behaviours to minimise risk
- able to manage interdepartmentally and identify training needs across the operations
- computer literate with a familiarity of cloud based systems
- level 3 Food Safety certificate
- recognised General Occupational Health and Safety Certificate e.g IOSH or NEBOSH
