experience of being a team leader

demonstrable experience of managing projects including managing resources, people and cost
strong construction safety background with a working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards
ability to develop strategies and organise tasks
ability to use various project management software
understanding and experience of various construction methos i.e. traditional foundations, piled foundations, structural steel frames, reinforced concrete frames, timber frames etc
