Responsibility
- perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements
- excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- fully skilled tradesperson with a background in joinery, be skilful in the secondary trades, such as plumbing, painting & decorating
