- this is a varied role, but primary responsibility will be managing 2 supply chain customer contracts
- careful monitoring of collection / delivery progress is required, providing status updates to the customer when necessary
- monitoring and updating pre-planned trunking contracts, dealing with and updating any daily changes
- up keep of logs and TMS information
- excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work as part of a team
- liaising with customers, taking orders and arranging delivery of goods, via email / phone
- provide customer services with requested updates on delivery progress and any issues
- communicate with drivers updating with changes / dealing with issues
