Responsibility
- oversee the effective running of the front of house operation, ensuring all customers always receive the same exceptional level of service
- ensure the housekeeping and appearance of sites is always to the correct standard. Have a complete understanding of bar specifications
- maintain stock levels and accurate inventory to ensure accurate ordering
- brief the team with changes to products and menus as or when required
- comply with, and ensure team comply with, all licensing, food hygiene and health and safety practices and legislation
- ensure all teams are briefed on their responsibilities and are delegated tasks, given appropriate supervision and motivated on all aspects of their work
- develop a culture of actively engaging customers in conversation and continually get feedback, behaving calmly, politely, and professionally when dealing with suggestions, compliments, and complaints
- identify maintenance activity required to uphold the required standards and action any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment issues immediately
