  • previous experience working in a 1st/2nd Line role
  • previous experience working with the MSP / IT Services industry
  • good understanding and experience of network maintenance with an appropriate certification or experience
  • familiarity with hardware devices such as Cisco, Meraki, Zyxel
  • VLAN and IP Addressing schemes
  • excellent understanding of LAN / WAN
  • great communication skills
  • knowledge of Office 365, including creating users, email forwarding as well as troubleshooting
