Responsibility

  • provide support to trainers to enable learner engagement via the most appropriate methods; in-person, phone or video call
  • provide support to trainers to ensure that learners are able to achieve agreed programme goals by target completion dates
  • encourage learners to give feedback at whilst on programme & at set stages in the learner journey
  • support trainers with the delivery of quality training in a variety of subjects including; Functional Skills, IT & employment focused training programmes
  • support trainers with the delivery of IAG, inductions & ensure that all learners are fully aware of all policies, procedures & targets
  • any other additional duties as required commensurate to your grade

Requirements

  • excellent organisational & administrative skills
  • confident & polite face to face & on the telephone
  • competent with IT & Office applications
  • be able to work within a team
  • desire to achieve targets in a timely manner
  • flexible & approachable manner
  • you will provide support to trainers to enable the delivery of high-quality training to all learners enrolled with Rewards Training, whether funded or commercial, in order to secure a high success rate for learner achievement on funded contracts, as well as achieving consistent and sustainable commercial revenue
  • ability to work under pressure
