Responsibility
provide support to trainers to enable learner engagement via the most appropriate methods; in-person, phone or video call
provide support to trainers to ensure that learners are able to achieve agreed programme goals by target completion dates
encourage learners to give feedback at whilst on programme & at set stages in the learner journey
support trainers with the delivery of quality training in a variety of subjects including; Functional Skills, IT & employment focused training programmes
support trainers with the delivery of IAG, inductions & ensure that all learners are fully aware of all policies, procedures & targets
any other additional duties as required commensurate to your grade
Requirements
excellent organisational & administrative skills
confident & polite face to face & on the telephone
competent with IT & Office applications
be able to work within a team
desire to achieve targets in a timely manner
flexible & approachable manner
you will provide support to trainers to enable the delivery of high-quality training to all learners enrolled with Rewards Training, whether funded or commercial, in order to secure a high success rate for learner achievement on funded contracts, as well as achieving consistent and sustainable commercial revenue
ability to work under pressure
