Responsibility

  • develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve business targets and revenue growth
  • onboard new customers by effectively presenting our services and value proposition to senior decision makers
  • collaborate with the marketing manager to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • generate leads through proactive prospecting using various channels, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email and in-person networking
  • manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • write compelling and engaging email and social media campaigns to capture the attention of potential clients
  • maximise networking opportunities to increase agency awareness and develop a personal network of contacts

Requirements

  • demonstrable experience as a Sales Representative or similar role within
  • in-depth knowledge of the marketing and design industry
  • strong ability to generate and convert leads, with a successful sales track record
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • results-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent approach
  • degree level qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred or experience in a similar role
