I'm sad to say in all my years in the care sector, I've yet to meet an honest and transparent social worker who more often than not fail to represent their clients best interest!

Awful place to work and very undervalued... poor line managers, would avoid if you value your sanity!! Please read all other reviews by staff and foster carers

Affinity trust is a massive sh*t show. Staff are rude lazy and racist homophobic clicks. Management will not help solve problems and safeguarding isn't a thing unless ur at training.
