Responsibility

  • directly interact with customers across inbound and outbound communication channels providing a friendly and efficient service
  • have the flexibility to not only work around your own daily priorities but also customer’s requirements
  • take ownership of customer issues and attempt to resolve including liaising with other departments before escalating to CS Manager
  • learn about our organisation's products or services and keep up to date with changes ensuring team is also up to date
  • time keeping management is essential
  • ensure customer details are correctly entered and that all GDPR requirements are complied with
  • be confident making telephone calls and dealing with difficult situations
  • champion for customer service improvements both within the Customer Services team and the wider business

Requirements

  • previous experience in Customer retention or Commercial Customer Service role essential
  • at least 2 years’ experience in an office-based customer service role
  • good phone etiquette
  • computer literate
  • you must work well to deadlines & have excellent multi-tasking skills
  • you will have the ability to work under pressure
