Responsibility
re-building a wide range of engines, transmissions and axles/differentials
carrying out conversions and modifications to a wide range of classic vehicles to the highest of standards including ‘restomod’ projects
ensuring parts for your project are ordered in a pro-active manner to allow projects to be completed efficiently
vehicle strip-down and assembly, including parts cataloguing, refurbishment and overhaul of parts, brake/fuel pipe replacement, mechanical repairs and servicing, vehicle corrosion protection, general vehicle restoration tasks
working independently to meet strict project deadlines without constant supervision, managing your own project efficiently including producing parts lists and completion of detailed job records
Requirements
experience in major mechanical repairs and overhaul/restoration of complete vehicles
experience in motorsport, vehicle modifications and engine conversions

automotive electrical component installation such as standalone ECU’s and other electrical upgrades and conversions
references will be required should the applicant be successful
automotive wiring and electrical system knowledge, carburettor/fuel injection diagnosis and set-up, engine & transmission rebuilding and motorsport/vehicle conversion experience
wiring loom build experience to an OEM standard using Deutsch/Amphenol connector systems and similar
