RETRO COATINGS is looking for employees for positions:
- previous experience in powder coating or related field preferred
- familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- experience with materials handling and operating a crane is desirable
- basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings accurately
- knowledge of auto body repair or fabrication techniques is beneficial
- industrial Painting: 2 years
- powder coating: 1 year
- inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer requirements
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and coverage
- candidate required for mig & tig welding of aluminum frames, handrails and vents
- must have Welding experience along with fabrication of aluminum
- must be able to work from CAD drawings
- work on own initiative and as part of a team

- fabrication: 1 year
- MIG welding: 1 year
- fabrication: 1 year
