  • familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • experience with materials handling and operating a crane is desirable
  • basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings accurately
  • knowledge of auto body repair or fabrication techniques is beneficial
  • industrial Painting: 2 years
  • powder coating: 1 year

Responsibility

  • inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer requirements
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and coverage
