• preparing and planning a maintenance programme to maintain all guest and staff areas on the Park
• managing the Maintenance of parks facilities and accommodation to agreed operating standards
• managing the repair of park facilities and accommodation to agreed operating standards

• working in conjunction with the Housekeeping Team, to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements

• must have previous Maintenance Management Experience
• self motivated and committed to delivering an excellent service
• wear Company uniform provided at all times and maintain a smart appearance
