Responsibility

  • management and control of stock and ordering
  • co-Ordinate the planning and scheduling of goods in and out
  • proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the business
  • provide support to clients and management regarding queries and stock levels/lead times. Including regular report writing
  • chasing of payments, monitoring credit insurance and liaising with clients
  • arrange and co-ordinate full service and installation training
  • organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems
  • assist with workforce management administration
