RETAIN AUTOMOTIVE is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • provide technical assistance to internal staff.This includes Windows 11 support, as well as general technical ticket management
  • deployment of workstations
  • management of Microsoft 365 Azure and Intune
  • support technology team in various aspects such as general administration, and odd jobs/tasks
  • create and manage both internal and external user accounts on our software
  • be involved with projects within the tech team
  • research and implement compliance and cyber security
  • other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
  • knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • experience in Microsoft Intune beneficial but not essential
  • experience in Compliance and Cyber Security beneficial, but not essential
  • ability to manage support tickets in a professional and timely manner
  • keenness to support the team, research, and progress
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
