Responsibility

  • writing letters, newsletters and taking minutes in meetings
  • administering bookings for estate accommodation
  • maintaining records manually but also via our IT systems, for example Navision and Housing CRM
  • undertaking reconciliation of monies and accounts on a weekly basis and other administrative duties
  • we are looking for a caring individual, someone who can demonstrate empathy as well as remaining professional at all times
  • ideally, you will have experience in an office environment and have a relevant qualification
  • previous experience in working with elderly residents would be beneficial but not essential for the role

  • ensuring that any risk issues are appropriately managed and escalated
  • reviewing and updating operational process and procedures as required to ensure effective clinical oversight of the service
