administering bookings for estate accommodation
maintaining records manually but also via our IT systems, for example Navision and Housing CRM
undertaking reconciliation of monies and accounts on a weekly basis and other administrative duties
we are looking for a caring individual, someone who can demonstrate empathy as well as remaining professional at all times
ideally, you will have experience in an office environment and have a relevant qualification
previous experience in working with elderly residents would be beneficial but not essential for the role

ensuring that any risk issues are appropriately managed and escalated
reviewing and updating operational process and procedures as required to ensure effective clinical oversight of the service
demonstrating excellent communication with the health and wellbeing team and all other operational staff
day to day management of a team of BACP or UKCP registered counsellors, including managing rota’s and resource planning for the service
taking ownership for your CPD and maintaining your professional registration and participating in training and development opportunities provided
responding to client’s email, text or interactive chat messages, and where required carrying out a telephone assessment of client needs and risk
providing advice and one-off counselling single session support and refer to other services as appropriate, including referring clients to a range of other services and providing support for clients through sign posting
supporting other tasks in relation to developing our service when required
