Responsibility

  • achievement of team sales number, team call coverage and training numbers
  • establishing a true partnership with the client, ensuring you and the team are an extension of the client’s team
  • managing and maintaining team performance all within the client budget and Storey GP
  • achieving or exceeding client ROI/ROS targets
  • maintaining a motivated and successful team culture, aligned with both Storey and client values
  • driving improvement and identifying improved solutions for both client and Storey, be that commercial, communications, reporting or relationships. Aligning common goals and strategies
  • attend weekly HQ meetings, ensuring viability of commercial field team insight to drive relevant actions

Requirements

  • technical Competency

  • an understanding of what good leadership is with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • abreast of retail industry expertise to benefit the brand
  • the ability to identify opportunities and activate them
  • manage Projects & Programmes to completion and support the ROI evaluation process
