Responsibility
- to work with others to automate our wet lab workflow
- occasionally trying out some wet lab work to test some of your tools and workflows
- to assist the wet lab team by designing DNA constructs for gene synthesis/cloning
- planning and designing experiments
- assisting with data analysis, presentation and interpretation
- develop your own machine learning tools and other proprietary computational tools for speeding up our plant disease resistance gene discovery and resurrection pipeline
- working 35 hours a week, usually 5 days per week
- guiding other team members
