Responsibility

  • an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a domiciliary care service in Harrow
  • identify ongoing training needs and make sure staff are up to date with current best practice
  • interact with CQC to ensure smooth operation of the business
  • delivering quality care while remaining compliant with regulatory standards
  • managing the daily operations of the business with full flexibility
  • hold level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
  • be existing registered manager with the CQC with an excellent track record
  • you will be expected to grow the business, taking on new packages and developing the hours of delivery supplied with support from experienced clinical and admin team
