Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • answer all incoming telephone and email enquiries, dealing with each appropriately
  • effectively co-ordinating client bookings, scheduling with maximum efficiency and dispatching urgent jobs
  • issue invoicing and quotations
  • communicate with clients, contractors, and colleagues by phone and email to maximise efficiency and provide outstanding customer service
  • plan and manage office and contractor services such as equipment, supplies and stock management, services, and maintenance as necessary
  • manage and maintain daily and weekly office duties, plan and manage targets and reports to support the business’ growth
  • supporting the Directors email and diary management, preparing letters, insurances, and creating reports
  • basic day to day bookkeeping , income and expense reconciliation, credit control and invoice chasing

Requirements

  • excellent telephone manner
  • meticulously organised with a keen eye for detail
  • confident and outgoing with the ability to work quickly and accurately within a busy reactive service based business
  • strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks
  • exceptional team management, organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • ability to deal with issues out of the ordinary, to use initiative to be a productive problem solver, motivate the team with energy and enthusiasm
