- at least three years’ staff management experience dealing with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
- excellent understanding and experience of maintaining systems for large, complex budgets
- experience of budget forecasting and monitoring of complex budgets resourced within a range of funding sources
- to have extensive experience working in a comparable position in an education and social care setting, local authority or other large corporate organisation
- ability to analyse information and disseminate this appropriately to finance and non-finance staff
