Responsibility

  • take responsibility for our recruitment lifecycle from beginning to end
  • build relationships with recruitment agencies and explore alternative routes to source candidates
  • ensuring that the candidate experience is a good one
  • coordinate the entire interview process and support hiring managers
  • manage the onboarding of successful candidates, carry out all necessary checks and ensure that they are inducted well
  • process requests for training and ensure all necessary administration is in place
  • maintain training records for all employees Monitor and review training course objectives and post course evaluation
  • support the creation of an annual training plan

  • great with people, patient and able to multitask, whilst balancing priorities
  • excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • tenacity in seeing tasks or projects through to conclusion
