Responsibility

  • we offer a positive, friendly, professional, and efficient working environment
  • processing all patient-related information, including clinic letters, reports, referrals, appointments, and all general enquiries
  • booking and managing appointments in the clinical director’s diary
  • handling any outstanding invoices for clients, insurers or third parties to ensure prompt payment
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working practice manager to manage the administration and day-to-day operations of our psychology practice in Wimbledon
  • managing clients’ records and IT systems
  • addressing clients’ complaints or concerns
  • managing inbound client requests and booking initial consultation calls in the clinical director’s diary

Requirements

  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of discretion and familiarity with the law and best practices
  • around confidentiality and data protection
  • significant previous experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager
  • experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is favourable
  • practice Management: 3 years
  • hands-on and proactive - supporting the team
  • demonstrate ability to pay good attention to detail, reliably check and record data and identify anomalies and be able to self-check completed work
