  • turn complex problems into elegantly simple insights, ideas and solutions to our customers’ problems
  • create process flows, low-fidelity wireframes and mid-high fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma for usability testing
  • create slick, modern and and elegant high-fidelity designs that customers will love using
  • use, maintain and help to keep our design system up to date
  • gain a deep understanding of our customers by conducting user interviews, analysing behavioural data with the PM, developing personas, writing user stories and conducting usability tests
  • handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • be organised, clean and logical with files, projects, layers, naming conventions and hand-offs to make collaboration between designers, engineers and PMs efficient

Requirements

  • ideally you have worked in a fast-paced tech startup and within a squad structure
  • strong portfolio showing digital product design experience and specifically the outcome of your work
  • strong understanding of UX and user-centric design processes with data-driven analytics capabilities
  • ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
  • ability to prioritise and manage projects
  • expertise with Figma
  • strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer

Responsibility

  • responsible for designing, producing and managing creative assets for our marketing team from concept stages through to delivery
  • lead the day to day execution of graphic outputs, with key focus on social media, web, email and print
  • manage multiple briefs in order to respect deadlines and ensure progress is communicated accurately to teams
  • work with the product, marketing and engineering teams to design web pages, create designs for multivariate testing and contribute to our design system and UI kits
  • work collaboratively with the Head of Growth and the Content Manager to create designs that will support the Marketing team’s key objectives
  • present and articulate your creative ideas to the rest of the team at weekly meetings to get feedback and develop your designs
