Responsibility

  • overview: To request payment of rent arrears from our tenants across our portfolios of properties. To comply with targets and objectives set for the finance team. To proactively manage workflow, priorities and performance
  • to provide general assistance to the day-to-day work of the department and with ad hoc projects
  • contacting tenants across the property portfolios and requesting payment of rent arrears
