Responsibility

  • resi are currently hiring for a Designer to join one of our in-house architecture studios
  • at Resi, you will have the opportunity to work differently, take control of and really accelerate your career
  • you’ll work alongside a variety of Home Development professionals, from Building Regulation experts to Planning specialists
  • working relatively independently, leveraging specialist and senior support when required
  • compiling complete planning packages, forms and all associated documents in order to fulfil the needs of the local authority
  • resi are a ~100 strong high-growth architectural tech business based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London, on a mission to change the Residential Development market for good
  • living the Resi values, and holding others accountable to them
  • working alongside a Senior Designer to understand briefs, and create designs that interpret client needs, motivations and budget for their project, whilst increasing the chances of gaining planning approval first time round
