Responsibility
- the Client Manager role is varied, offering an exciting challenge for the right person
- day to day you will be working across a number of clients with different challenges and opportunities, and at different stages of their community life
- commercial support with contract renewals and co-ordination of supplier questionnaires. Agency and Team initiatives
- we are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Client Manager to join our busy team and help us continue to provide the best service to our clients
- accurately record all details and manage profitability of projects, ensure commissioned projects are accurate against the proposal provided
Requirements
- strong communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and senior colleagues in a clear and engaging way
- knowledge of, or keen willingness to learn, market research approaches including data interpretation, and landing clear stories with actionable insights
- A proactive, collaborative, and an inquisitive attitude- using this approach to uncover new insights / approaches / solutions
- excellent organisational and prioritisation skills- delivering accurate, high quality work on deadline
