Responsibility
- book for couriers to collect the orders or give the correct orders to the customers when they come to collect
- receipt of the goods, checking for damages and communicating any issues with the stock manager
- inputting data into our internal software, working on both computer and barcode scanners
- keeping the working area clean and tidy and following the Health & Safety policies and procedures
- preparing orders for the customers, which involves: cutting wire ropes, preparing accessories, using machineries to run or press ropes etc., packing and despatching orders
