Requirements

  • experience in a technical role in the enterprise and cloud-based applications, a must have
  • experience working with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms, SharePoint or Teams based products preferable
  • prior experience in engineering, delivery, consulting, or product management
  • industry domain experience in Legal, Accounting or Consulting is preferable
  • experience using a product analytics tool is a plus
  • bachelors or Master’s degree

Responsibility

  • maintain and update the product roadmaps for the business unit with Product Leadership
  • assist Product Managers and Technical Writers in documenting new features each quarter
  • prepare and deliver quarterly updates for each product line
  • work with internal stakeholders to execute and improve the new feature triage process
  • actively engage with Solution Advisors to communicate product capabilities and best practice
  • proactively engage with Support and Services teams to identify areas where product supportability and implementation can be improved
  • provide insights into product usage to help identify features that could be improved or deprecated
