Responsibility
as part of our experienced team, you’ll receive comprehensive training to deliver first-class support to our customers. around the UK
you will also be responsible for preparation of hardware, troubleshooting & fault finding on hardware issues
if you are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you
your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and training for the full suite of Reposs software products through various channels including phone, email and on line remote software ensuring that our customers receive quality support and advice to help them grow their businesses
to ensure staff coverage to help all our customers across different opening times out of office hours, we have a rotating shift pattern for this role. You will be required to work one of these patterns, one in every three weeks
providing the highest possible quality support to our customers via phone, email & online remote software
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
A good understanding of PCs and PC software is essential
experience utilising EPoS software would be an advantage
own transport is recommended due to location
