CRS are looking for a well presented forward thinking Customer Service Advisor, we as a company strive to ensure that the customers journey is as positive as possible by repairing their vehicles to BSI standard and offering support and guidance where necessary
A smart appearance is essential as the successful candidate will be customer facing
day to day responsibilities would be booking customers in to site for repairs to vehicles, ensuring visitors to site are dealt with promptly and professionally, answering telephone calls to site and liaising with the workshop in order to provide accurate information to customers and work providers with regards repairs to vehicles
