- programme manage the end to end process of delivery of construction projects
- fully accountable for scope, programme and cost
- effectively manage resources, both people and materials, to ensure highest possible profit margins
- maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management
- ensure there is clarity on expectations, deadlines and any issues or risks are escalated and dealt with in a timely manner
- plan and manage the refurbishment and maintenance of the existing property portfolio, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and prioritising as required
- review and understand construction drawings to ensure build compliance to the approved design
- organise the works and the supply chain to the agreed sequence, providing the right working environment to avoid disruption between trades
