- providing general office and sales order admin support to the wider team

- sales Support /Customer Service: 1 year
- compiling, inputting, and reviewing purchasing data within the ERP and other systems
- obtaining and arranging the appropriate transport requirements
- interfacing with the sales team to plan the delivery of all sales orders expectations
- expediting orders when required
- stakeholder engagement - address supplier quality and supplier performance issues
- providing support to other functions in the procurement department as required
- escalate issues to the Senior Buyer / Procurement Management
- resolving purchase ledger queries from the accounts team
- compiling, inputting, and reviewing purchasing data within the ERP and other systems
- actively strive to achieve the greatest value contribution, benefit realisation and efficiency from indirect procurement activities
- obtaining and arranging the appropriate inbound transport requirements

- receive deliveries and check against delivery notes
- pick, pack and dispatch pending sales orders
- carry out periodical stock checks and reconcile if required
- ensure regular warehouse housekeeping tasks are carried out
- updating spreadsheets and production of reports for delivery and stock levels as required
- contribute to the adherence to the quality management system
- collect parts from suppliers & deliver parts to customers
- any other reasonable requests
- previous experience in an electrical/engineering or maintenance & repair or industrial supplies environment
- have prior experience in a warehousing and distribution role
- first Aid Certificate
- manual handling certificate
- must have BOTH Counterbalance and reach truck forklift licenses
- experience of lifting, slinging and rigging
- have excellent attention to detail and diligence in your work
