Requirements
- be able to understand what a customer is buying and what they need
- fully understand and follow Company protocols and procedures with the highest degree of accuracy
- be prepared for occasional travel. Although most tasks are remote, sometimes it may be mutually beneficial to visit customers, suppliers, and the warehouse. You should have access to your own transport and a valid driver’s license
- have a proactive attitude. In addition to reacting to customer needs, this role is proactive. Some tasks will be planned and must be done at set times
Responsibility
- attend remote customer meetings and training
- provide cover for Order Processing once a fortnight and during staff absences
