Requirements

  • A degree and professional qualification relevant to the role is desirable but not essential
  • A keen interest in development and construction, in particular pre-planning phase up to handover to delivery/construction teams
  • A good understanding of the role of a development manager within the property development industry
  • previous experience in administrative, project/bid management or construction roles
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating both excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt your communications to different audiences
  • professional, approachable, and positive, striving to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • commercial awareness and appreciation of risk management, seeking to balance cost and risk
