- oversee agency management for retail display activations in international markets when needed, ensuring effective collaboration and execution
- lead quarterly review of retail planograms with sales team to consider product and franchise performance, address optimisations to ensure shelf productivity and update planograms accordingly
- work with Sales Team on 360 execution for retailer sales/ training pop-up events & conferences
- support sales team to lead the bi-annual Retailer Strategy meetings – presenting brand strategy and generating excitement and support for upcoming launches and campaigns
- build collaborative relationships with multiple business stakeholders including global marketing, creative, PR, social, DTC, supply chain, education and field
- develop, own, and support the facilitation of significant internal workshops and meetings, as well as external customer touchpoints to drive collaboration and alignment
