office manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
  • provide training and development opportunities for office staff
  • ensure our Helpdesk is maintained and calls are handled professionally
  • oversee holiday and timesheet management, including record-keeping, supplier invoices and payments
  • manage, maintain and produce business reports
  • supervise a team of office and mobile employees
  • experience in HR matters desirable
  • handle front desk duties, including clients, and answering inquiries

Requirements

  • proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • knowledge of facilities management and/or construction type services
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
