Requirements

- business Analysis or Project Management qualification will be considered favourably
- strong analyst experience working primarily in a business environment
- experience of supporting projects or change programmes, preferably in Financial Services or professional services organisations
- highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- credibility and confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- cross functional relationship building is paramount as the role must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- delivery focus and ability to work to tight deadlines
Responsibility
- support business engagement on emerging projects and status updates
- capture key actions agreed and support follow up on progress arising from business engagements
- support the documentation of remedial action plans and follow up with business owners
- develop timelines for PROF and Project Portfolio to ensure timely delivery of input
- capture amendments and updates to Portfolio status
- prepare materials for PROF, Exco and the Board
- support the effective tracking and monitoring of project pipeline activities and emerging initiatives for Project and Risk Oversight Forum and Executive Committee reporting
- take minutes of PROF and support follow through on actions and tracking
