Requirements

  • experience of managing services for adults with Learning Disabilities
  • experience with Autistic Spectrum Conditions , Learning Disabilities , and Mental Health
  • understanding of CQC assessment criteria
  • to work in line with and develop Key Performance Indicators for that of yourself and your staff team
  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification, in Health and Social Care
  • committed to person centered-planning and positive risk taking with a real passion for improvement and continuous development
  • hold a current full driver license
  • excellent administration and IT skills, report writing, and spoken communication; and
